WE NEED PEOPLE TO SHOW UP TO THIS MEETING, READY AND WILLING TO TESTIFY IN OPPOSITION TO ANY LIMITATIONS REGARDING RV RESIDENCY ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. IT'S PRIVATE PROPERTY FOR A REASON AND MUST BE UP TO THE DISCRETION OF THE LAND OWNER TO DECIDE & CONSENT TO WHO LIVES ON THAT PROPERTY, FOR HOW LONG IN WHAT TYPE OF DOMAIN.
THE CITY MUST NOT DICTATE HOW PEOPLE SHALL LIVE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
THAT IS EGREGIOUS OVERREACH!
SHOW UP TO LET THEM KNOW WE DO NOT CONSENT TO THEIR NOSSINESS NONSENSE. UNLESS THEY ARE PAYING OUR PROPERTY TAXES, THEY HAVE ZERO INTEREST, NOR RIGHTS OVER THAT PROPERTY.

TO VOTE 'NO' AGAINST ANY & ALL NEW ORDINANCES THAT WOULD PROHIBIT, PREVENT, OR RESTRICT PERSON/S /PEOPLE FROM RESIDING IN RVS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH CONSENT OF THE LAND OWER, CRIMINALIZING THIS ACT OF RESIDENCY AND THE REQUIREMENTS OF FILING THE REQUESTS OF PERMISSION FROM THE COUNTY A PERMIT TO RESIDE IN A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
REMIND THEM WHO THEY REPRESENT, WE THE PEOPLE.
REMIND THEM OF THEIR SWORN OATH TO SERVE, NOT DICTATE THE PEOPLE.
TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION IN WHICH THEY SWORE THEIR OATH UPON.
REMIND THEM THAT TO STAND AGAINST PROPERTY RIGHTS IS TO HAND OVER THEIR VERY OWN RIGHTS TO THEIR PROPERTY TOO !

1-"A second conviction under this Ordinance shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable as provided in Idaho Code section 18-113 as it may from time to time be amended and/or retitled. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. A fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day will be assessed per violation. "
2-"Application for a temporary RV permit shall be filed with the Administrator and the applicant shall pay the required fee as adopted by the Board of County Commissioners prior to the issuance of said permit. "
????Apply to live on your own land!!!????
3-"Where not otherwise prohibited, RV’s used for recreational, temporary, or emergency occupancy may be parked on private property that does not have a permanent residence, for a period of no more than fourteen (14) days within any six (6) month period. Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to limit the ordinary and customary use of RV’s for temporary agricultural uses, as defined above. "
4-"Where not otherwise prohibited, RV’s used for sleeping may be parked on private property containing a permanent residence for a period of no more than twenty-one (21) days total during any six (6) month period, where the owner of the RV is visiting the occupant of the residence or property."
And.... they, the Owyhee County Commisioners say they are FOR private property rights as they blatantly attempt to criminalize Owyhee residents, making it illegal for you, family/friends to live in an RV on your own land without an application approval and fee paid.
