The Idaho State Constitution clearly states that every individual has the right to access the courthouse and have a speedy trial.

CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO

ARTICLE I DECLARATION OF RIGHTS

Section 18. JUSTICE TO BE FREELY AND SPEEDILY ADMINISTERED. Courts of justice shall be open to every person, and a speedy remedy afforded for every injury of person, property or character, and right and justice shall be administered without sale, denial, delay, or prejudice.

While trying to assert his rights to face his accusers, the Idaho State Police, the Ada County Sheriff violently arrested Garth Gaylord, Lori Marr and another individual. It's a miscarriage of justice.

I shared the video of Garth 's arrest with a few in national media. Daniel Horowitz of CR Podcast ( Blaze Media ) watched it and shared a bit of Garth's story in his 5/10 Podcast Episode 870. It was also probably heard on the radio that day. I hope this brings attention to Garth's case and to Ammons and the others! He also did an online article for Blaze that shared a bit of Garth's story as well as shared the video!
